God’s Beautiful Story
A six-part film and discussion series

A collection of six short films responding to the Church of England’s discussions from 2019 onwards on human sexuality and possible changes in the church’s doctrine and practice around sexual ethics.

Being able to have good conversations about God’s will for human sexuality is more important than ever in 21st century society. It’s also vital that we are all aware of the implications of any change in understanding or practice within the Church of England around sexual ethics and teaching.

We created this resource to help lay and ordained leaders like you. They’re designed for evangelical churches to enable good conversations about human sexuality. Our hope and prayer has been that hundreds of churches find these resources helpful in engaging with proposals emerging from the Church of England’s ‘Living in Love and Faith’ project.

The Series contains six standalone films, with accompanying leader’s guides where relevant. You can adapt them for best use in your context, whether that’s watching the interviews and hearing the stories of those affected, or discussing the key issues raised around the future of our churches.

We’d be delighted to hear how you get on. Share your stories with us on social media or drop us a line via email.
